Malaise, chills, fever, cough, SOB, and myalgias 4-8 hours after antigen exposure

Persons w/ preexisting asthma become colonized in airways
Eosinophilia
Fleeting pulm infiltrates b/c of bronchial plugging
Immediate type skin test response to Aspergillus a-g
Incr IgE and IgG
Can progress to irreversible obstuctive lung disease

Pts w/ prior lung disease resulting in residual cavities
May be no resp symptoms
May developed hemoptysis
Films show round or oval cavitary mass that may be mobile on a stalk, may have a cresent of air around it

IC pts w/ prolonged, profound granulocytopenia
